Chapter 807 — Driving Privileges and Identification Cards

ORS 807.465 Document retention

For the purpose of issuing Real IDs only, the Department of Transportation shall:

(1)

Capture digital images of identity source documents and retain the images in a transferable format.

(2)

Retain digital images of identity source documents for a minimum of 10 years.
