Chapter 807 — Driving Privileges and Identification Cards

ORS 807.600 Using another’s license; penalty

(1)

A person commits the offense of using another’s license if the person knowingly displays or represents as the person’s license or driver permit a license or driver permit that has not been issued to the person.

(2)

The offense described in this section, using another’s license, is a Class A misdemeanor.
