Chapter 807 — Driving Privileges and Identification Cards

ORS 807.450 Definition

“Real ID” means a driver license, driver permit or identification card that complies with the Real ID Act of 2005, P.L. 109-13, that is issued by this state and marked with a distinguishing feature.
