Chapter 285A — Economic Development I
ORS 285A.103 Oregon Infrastructure Finance Fund; sources; uses; rules
The Oregon Infrastructure Finance Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Oregon Infrastructure Finance Fund shall be credited to the fund. The Oregon Infrastructure Finance Fund consists of all moneys credited to the fund, including moneys from the Administrative Services Economic Development Fund, federal funds collected or received and fees, moneys or other revenues, including miscellaneous receipts, collected or received by the Oregon Infrastructure Finance Authority. The moneys in the Oregon Infrastructure Finance Fund are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Business Development Department for the authority for the purposes of ORS 285A.091 to 285A.108.
The authority may finance programs and projects determined to further infrastructure development within this state by making grants or loans using moneys in the fund.
The Oregon Infrastructure Finance Authority Board may suggest to the Director of the Oregon Business Development Department administrative rules for establishing standards, objectives and criteria for use of moneys in the fund. The department shall adopt rules to establish standards, objectives and criteria for use of moneys in the fund.
