Chapter 285A — Economic Development I

ORS 285A.328 Specific corporation authorized to maintain foreign trade zone

Klamath International Trade & Transportation Services (KITTS), an Oregon corporation, is authorized by ORS 285A.325 and 285A.328 to establish, operate and maintain a foreign trade zone in this state.

Note: 285A.328 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 285A or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
