Chapter 285A — Economic Development I

ORS 285A.666 Definitions for ORS 285A.666 to 285A.732

As used in ORS 285A.666 to 285A.732, unless the context requires otherwise:

(1)

“Flexible manufacturing space project” means a project for the acquisition, construction, improvement or rehabilitation, in whole or in part, of any building suitable for the conduct of manufacturing processes and, by design, able to be readily modified when necessary to accommodate the operations of the tenants of the building. The term includes any preproject planning activities for a flexible manufacturing space project.

(2)

“Fund” means the Oregon Port Revolving Fund.

(3)

“Port district” means any port formed pursuant to ORS 777.005 to 777.725 and 777.915 to 777.953 or ORS chapter 778.

(4)

“Project” means a project authorized under ORS 777.105 to 777.258, including engineering, acquisition, improvement, rehabilitation, construction, operation, maintenance or preproject planning necessary to carry out the project.
