Chapter 285A — Economic Development I
ORS 285A.206 Department to prepare financial statements; contents; reporting period
In each calendar year, the Oregon Business Development Department shall prepare, in accordance with generally accepted governmental accounting principles, a financial statement for individual funding programs as required by law.
The financial statements required by this section shall record and summarize all the financial transactions during the reporting period that involved moneys credited to a fund or account and shall describe the financial condition of the fund or an account at the end of the reporting period. The reporting period for financial statements required by this section shall be the fiscal year commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30.
The financial statements required by this section shall be in a form prescribed by the Secretary of State.
Each financial statement required by this section shall describe the financial transactions and condition of a single fund and shall be submitted to the Governor, the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives not later than December 31 in each year.
