Chapter 327 — State Financing of Early Learning and Elementary and Secondary Education

ORS 327.097 Apportionment where district changed

Where any territorial or organizational change in a school district has occurred between the date of the report and the apportionment, the Superintendent of Public Instruction shall make the payment on an equitable basis to the districts the territory or organization of which has been changed.
