Chapter 327 — State Financing of Early Learning and Elementary and Secondary Education

ORS 327.359 Small School District Supplement Fund

(1)

There is established the Small School District Supplement Fund, separate and distinct from the General Fund.

(2)

The moneys in the Small School District Supplement Fund are appropriated continuously to the Department of Education for purposes of the grant program created by ORS 327.358.
