Chapter 327 — State Financing of Early Learning and Elementary and Secondary Education

ORS 327.120 Correction of errors in apportionments

The Superintendent of Public Instruction may correct, in a succeeding year, any errors in apportionment by the withholding of the amount of an overapportionment or by the payment of an underapportionment from funds to be apportioned.
