Chapter 461 — Oregon State Lottery

ORS 461.040 Effect on other gambling laws

Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to repeal or modify existing state laws with respect to gambling, except that the state-operated lottery established by the Constitution of the State of Oregon and this chapter shall not be subject to such laws.
