Chapter 461 — Oregon State Lottery

ORS 461.160 Authority of director to contract for services

Under the rules of the commission, the Director of the Oregon State Lottery may contract with any state agency or political subdivision for the performance of such duties, functions and powers as the director considers appropriate.
