Chapter 461 — Oregon State Lottery

ORS 461.550 Expenditure limitation not applicable to lottery

All expenditures from the State Lottery Fund or the fund established by the Legislative Assembly to disburse net lottery proceeds are exempt from any state expenditure limitation.
