Chapter 461 — Oregon State Lottery

ORS 461.202 Transportation of gambling devices

Devices for playing lottery games, including video lottery game terminals, operated under the authority of the Oregon State Lottery Commission are exempted from the provisions of 15 U.S.C. 1172.
