ORS 461.430 Contractor required to comply with applicable laws; performance bond

A lottery contractor shall perform its contract consistent with the laws of this state, federal law, and laws of the state or states in which the lottery contractor, in whole or in part, performs services or produces goods required by the contract.

At the time specified in the contract, a lottery contractor shall post performance security with the Oregon State Lottery Commission in a form and an amount acceptable to the commission and issued by a surety, financial institution, insurer, escrow agent or other person acceptable to the commission if the lottery contractor:

Prints tickets used in a lottery game;

Provides goods or performs services involving the receipt or recording of number selections in a lottery game; or

Provides goods or performs services involving the determination of winners in a lottery game.
