Chapter 461 — Oregon State Lottery

ORS 461.445 Policy on payment to contractors

In establishing its schedule of payments to contractors, the Oregon State Lottery Commission shall undertake to develop a system that maximizes the net revenue to the state for the public purpose consistent with providing a reasonable rate of return for contractors.

Note: 461.445 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 461 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
