Chapter 461 — Oregon State Lottery

ORS 461.260 Distribution of tickets and shares; rules

Upon recommendation of the Director of the Oregon State Lottery, the commission shall adopt rules specifying the manner of distribution, dissemination or sale of lottery tickets or shares to lottery game retailers or directly to the public, and the incentives, if any, for Oregon State Lottery employees, if any, engaged in such activities.
