Chapter 742 — Insurance Policies Generally; Property and Casualty Policies

ORS 742.218 Additional perils insured

A fire insurance policy shall contain a provision as follows: “Any other peril to be insured against or subject of insurance to be covered in this policy shall be by indorsement in writing hereon or added hereto.”
