Chapter 742 — Insurance Policies Generally; Property and Casualty Policies

ORS 742.568 Proof of cancellation, replacement or nonrenewal notice

Proof of mailing notice of cancellation, notice of replacement, notice of intention not to renew or notice of reasons for cancellation, to the named insured at the address shown in the policy, is sufficient proof of notice.
