Chapter 742 — Insurance Policies Generally; Property and Casualty Policies

ORS 742.483 Effective period for premium reduction

Except as otherwise provided in this section, the premium reduction required under ORS 742.480 shall be effective for an insured for a three-year period after successful completion of the approved course.
