Chapter 742 — Insurance Policies Generally; Property and Casualty Policies

ORS 742.540 Rules

The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall have authority to issue such rules as are reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes of ORS 742.518 to 742.542.
