Chapter 742 — Insurance Policies Generally; Property and Casualty Policies

ORS 742.496 Limitation on qualification for discount

No person shall receive a discount under ORS 742.490 to 742.494 if the person takes the approved course as a punishment, specified by a court or other government entity, for a moving traffic violation.
