Chapter 742 — Insurance Policies Generally; Property and Casualty Policies

ORS 742.494 Certification of completion of course

Any organization offering a motor vehicle accident prevention course approved by the Department of Transportation shall issue a certificate to each person who successfully completes the course. The person shall present the certificate to an insurer to qualify for the premium discount required under ORS 742.490 (1).
