Chapter 742 — Insurance Policies Generally; Property and Casualty Policies

ORS 742.242 Subrogation

A fire insurance policy shall contain a provision as follows: “This company may require from the insured an assignment of all right of recovery against any party for loss to the extent that payment therefor is made by this company.”
