Chapter 475A — Psilocybin Regulation

ORS 475A.240 Authority to purchase, possess, seize, transfer to licensee or dispose of psilocybin products

Subject to any applicable provision of ORS chapter 183, the Oregon Health Authority may purchase, possess, seize, transfer to a licensee or dispose of psilocybin products as is necessary for the authority to ensure compliance with and enforce the provisions of ORS 475A.210 to 475A.722 and any rule adopted under ORS 475A.210 to 475A.722.
