Chapter 475A — Psilocybin Regulation

ORS 475A.471 Other prohibitions

(1)

A person may not make false representations or statements to the Oregon Health Authority in order to induce or prevent action by the authority.

(2)

A licensee may not maintain a noisy, lewd, disorderly or insanitary establishment or supply impure or otherwise deleterious psilocybin products.

(3)

A licensee may not misrepresent to a person or to the public any psilocybin products.
