Chapter 475A — Psilocybin Regulation

ORS 475A.492 Psilocybin Control and Regulation Fund

The Psilocybin Control and Regulation Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Psilocybin Control and Regulation Fund shall be credited to the fund. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Health Authority to administer and enforce ORS 475A.210 to 475A.722.
