Chapter 475A — Psilocybin Regulation

ORS 475A.425 Authority to investigate, discipline permit holder

(1)

Notwithstanding the lapse, suspension or revocation of a permit issued under ORS 475A.483, the Oregon Health Authority may:

(a)

Proceed with any investigation of, or any action or disciplinary proceeding against, the person who held the permit; or

(b)

Revise or render void an order suspending or revoking the permit.

(2)

In cases involving the proposed denial of a permit issued under ORS 475A.483, the applicant may not withdraw the applicant’s application.
