Chapter 475A — Psilocybin Regulation

ORS 475A.507 Prohibition against giving psilocybin product as prize; penalty

(1)

A psilocybin product may not be given as a prize, premium or consideration for a lottery, contest, game of chance, game of skill or competition of any kind.

(2)

Violation of this section is a Class A violation.
