Chapter 475A — Psilocybin Regulation

ORS 475A.474 Purpose of license issued under ORS 475A.210 to 475A.722

A license issued under ORS 475A.210 to 475A.722 serves the purpose of exempting the person that holds the license from the criminal laws of this state for possession, delivery or manufacture of psilocybin products, provided that the person complies with all state laws and rules applicable to licensees.
