Chapter 475A — Psilocybin Regulation

ORS 475A.420 Authority to investigate, discipline licensees

(1)

Notwithstanding the lapse, suspension or revocation of a license issued under ORS 475A.210 to 475A.722, the Oregon Health Authority may:

(a)

Proceed with any investigation of, or any action or disciplinary proceeding against, the person who held the license; or

(b)

Revise or render void an order suspending or revoking the license.

(2)

In cases involving the proposed denial of a license issued under ORS 475A.210 to 475A.722, the applicant for licensure may not withdraw the applicant’s application.
