Chapter 475A — Psilocybin Regulation

ORS 475A.504 Prohibition regarding person who is visibly intoxicated; penalty

(1)

A person may not sell, give or otherwise make available a psilocybin product to a person who is visibly intoxicated.

(2)

Violation of this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
